In this document, "Hey Bhaji", "we", and "us" refer to the company operating Hey Bhaji Casino. "Member", "you", and "player" refer to any individual registered on Hey Bhaji.

02Account Registration

• Only one Hey Bhaji account is permitted per household, device, IP address, or bank account.

03Age Verification & KYC Process

Hey Bhaji is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.

Why is KYC required?

Hey Bhaji conducts regular KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to prevent money laundering, combat fraud, and protect member security. KYC is mandatory in the following cases:

• Before your first withdrawal
• When total withdrawals exceed ৳50,000
• When Hey Bhaji deems it necessary

Required KYC documents: both sides of your National ID (NID) or passport, along with a selfie showing your face. Withdrawals may be suspended until KYC is completed.

04Deposit Policy

Hey Bhaji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, BRAC Bank transfer, and other major Bangladeshi payment methods.

• Third-party payments are not accepted — deposits must be made from your own account.
• Hey Bhaji strongly discourages gaming with credit cards or borrowed funds.

05Withdrawal Policy

Getting your winnings quickly is your right — and Hey Bhaji is committed to making that happen. The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will be made via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• The maximum withdrawal per day is ৳5,00,000.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending investigation if fraud or a breach of terms is suspected.

06Bonus & Promotion Terms

Hey Bhaji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all:

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings from bonuses are only withdrawable after placing a specified total amount in wagers. For example: a 10× wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets.

• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days — if wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Some games contribute less or more toward wagering requirements. For example: slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%.
• You cannot have more than one active bonus at a time — complete your current bonus before claiming a new one.
• A maximum bet limit applies when playing with bonus funds — exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being forfeited.

07Gaming Rules

All games on Hey Bhaji are operated to international standards. The following rules apply to gameplay:

• Once a round or bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, Hey Bhaji reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount.
• Hey Bhaji is not responsible for any misunderstanding of game rules — please read the rules carefully before playing.
• Provably Fair game outcomes are determined by cryptographic algorithms and can be independently verified by third parties.
• Once a bet is accepted in Sports Betting, it cannot be changed. If an event is cancelled, the wagered amount will be refunded.

08Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Hey Bhaji and will result in permanent account closure:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Using false information to claim bonuses
• Using software or bots to play games
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the Hey Bhaji system for personal gain
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other members

09Account Closure Policy

Hey Bhaji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• In Cases of Terms Violation
• In cases of fraud or suspicious activity
• In the event of failure to provide KYC documents
• Extended inactivity (12 months)

You can also request account closure at any time through customer support. A self-exclusion option is also available under Responsible Gaming.

10Limitation of Liability

Hey Bhaji is not liable for the following:

• When a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection
• Any loss caused by an issue with your device
• Loss or damage resulting from third-party hacking or phishing attacks (where caused by your own negligence)
• Gaming addiction or personal financial loss

However, Hey Bhaji takes responsibility for any technical errors on our end and will make every effort to fairly compensate affected members.

11Right to Amend Terms & Conditions

Hey Bhaji reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email
• Update date will be published on the website
• 7 days' notice will be given for significant changes

If you continue using the platform after updated Terms & Conditions are published, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms.
